Can you eat with snap-on veneers?
The manufacturer says you can eat most foods but should avoid very hard, chewy or crunchy items. In practice, many people remove removable veneers for meals. If you do eat with them:

- Take smaller bites and chew slowly.
- Avoid hard foods (nuts, ice, hard candy) and sticky ones (caramel, gum).
- Rinse afterwards and clean both the shell and your teeth when you can.
- Be careful with very hot drinks and staining drinks like coffee or red wine.
How to clean them
- Rinse after every wear with cool or lukewarm water.
- Brush gently with a soft brush; the kit includes a brush and cleaning tablets, per the seller.
- Avoid hot water and abrasive toothpaste, which may warp or scratch some materials.
- Brush and floss your natural teeth before putting the shell back in.
Follow the official care instructions included with your order — they take priority over general tips.
Storage and wear
- Keep them in their case when you're not wearing them.
- At restaurants, put them in their case instead of wrapping them in a napkin.
- Ask a dentist whether wearing any shell overnight is appropriate for you, even though the seller says it's possible.
